The Fort Myers Beach Pirate Festival has come and gone, but those that attended are still talking about how much fun it was for the entire family. For three days, Fort Myers Beach was taken over by pirates. Guests came decked out in pirate attire to listen to music, watch pirate ship battles, peruse a pirate village full of vendors and most importantly, to enjoy the beautiful Fort Myers Beach weather.
It was a fantastic weekend – many guests are already making plans to attend next year’s Pirate Fest! If you weren’t able to make it this year, here’s a look at all the pirate fun:

This coming November 22nd to December 1st, sand sculptors from around the world will use over 1,000 tons of sand to turn Fort Myers Beach into a temporary art gallery. Come watch or participate in special events all week long as Master, Advanced Amateur and amateur competitors battle it out for the number one spot. Book your rooms now so you don’t miss out on all the sand sculpting fun!
